Christmas Parade of Lights
December 1st @ 6 PM
One of Eureka’s favorite parades. This evening’s Parade of Lights rolls at 6:00PM through the beautifully decorated downtown streets with floats, walkers, bands and thousands of lights. Start your holiday season in Eureka. The theme for 2017 TBD.
Santa in the Park
December 2nd & 9th from 1 – 3 PM @ Basin Spring Park
Give your Christmas List to Santa and grab a photo op! Mom and Dad can sing along to Christmas tunes to delight all ages while kiddos get the chance to make an ornament and play a few rounds of the Christmas Cane Walk. This hometown Christmas fun is brought to you by the Main Street Eureka Springs team to make shopping in Eureka Springs a little more cheerful!
35th Annual Candlelight Tour of Homes
December 2nd from 3 – 8 PM
A walking tour of a sampling of Eureka’s most beautifully restored homes giving guests a glimpse of a bygone era. All stops on the self-guided tour will be lavishly decorated for the season with Victorian attired docents to relate the history of each home. Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
December 2nd at 6 PM @ The Crescent Hotel
More than 30 trees will adorn the holiday focal point of the hotel’s nearly 15 acres, The East Lawn. Each tree will be uniquely decorated one to the other since each tree represents a different local and area charity. Vote for your favorite tree! Contest ends on December 31st. Each tree’s “votes” will be donated to that charity. Additionally thetop 3 vote-getters also receive a nice cash prize donated from the hotel.
John Two Hawks Holiday Concert
December 2nd from 7 – 9 PM @ the Aud
John Two-Hawks is a GRAMMY® and Emmy nominated, Platinum Award Winning recording artist whose music has been featured in movies by Fox Searchlight, films by HBO, and programs by The History Channel. Two-Hawks is a bona fide Native American Flute Music visionary and pioneer who was among the first to introduce the Indigenous Flute to the world decades ago. From the beginning he demanded the highest standards of excellence. As a result Two-Hawks has taken his signature brand of high caliber Native American Flute music into places it has never been, brought it to millions who had never heard it before, and elevated it to a place of equal billing and respect in the world of music.
Night of a Thousand Santas
December 9th from 5-11 PM
Meet at Basin Spring Park to get your Santa gear (or wear your own) and stroll along with Santa’s of all stripes throughout downtown to Reindeer Games at local pubs! Cost is $10 to play along. Play along with the Bad Santa Instgram Game along the way and you could win prizes! Tickets Here.
